  “Beneath The Earth” is a publication by Belgian-based musician and visual artist Niels Geybels. It comprises of both a book and CD that look at the work of his multidisciplinary project “Sequences”.
  
  It’s no coincidence that this is simultaneously Audio. Visuals. Atmosphere.’s 50th release. The book, as well as the CD, are both a showcase that encapsulates an enormous piece of the record label’s aesthetic.
  
  The visual display on paper exhibits the evolution of an ever-expanding body of work. It finds itself in a range that seemingly never ceases to grow or diminish, both in approach and in tonality.
  
  The 50 page book consists out of finished artwork, unpublished collage pieces and photography.
  
  Abstract elements of nature, primordial landscapes and compositions that deal with contrasting data. Providing a timeline which can be observed through black and white photocopies, different types of paper and colour lenses.
  
  It’s an exposed and personal way of getting closer to the core and concept of the project and artist behind it all.
